Terms of Service

1. Who may use Anontwink

Anontwink is an adult community. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or to use this site in any way.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and videos you upload. By posting, you grant Anontwink the technical licence needed to store, resize and display your content to other members. You may delete your content or your entire account at any time under Settings.

3. What you must not upload

• Content involving anyone under 18 — no exceptions, ever.
• Content depicting persons who did not consent to being shown.
• Content you do not own or have no permission to share.
• Non-consensual, violent or otherwise illegal content.
• Links or invites to external messaging services (SimpleX, Telegram, Session and the like), and groups or posts created to recruit members into them.

Violations lead to removal and account termination. Content involving minors is reported to the authorities.

4. Moderation

Every post can be reported. Group admins moderate their groups; the site team may remove content or accounts that break these terms.

5. Liability

The site is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for content posted by members, but we act on reports.
