About this scene
We were going to call it the World Tickle Federation and have this wild tickle scene you see here be the first event. During the Footfriends FootBall in Dec. 02, we tied up three guys and let anyone have at them. What you see below is 30 minutes of the chaos that ensued. What's to become of the World Tickling Federation now" Come to Foot Pride NYC 2003 and find out!
